Return Policy
At La Diamond Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please follow the steps below.
1. Submit a Return Request
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos and a reason for the return.
- Requests will be reviewed within 48 hours for approval.
2. Return Approval & Shipping
- Once approved, you will receive a Return/Exchange Form and the return address.
- Securely package your item and include the completed Return Form.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your returned item is received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If multiple orders are returned in a single package, additional processing time may be required.
- You will not receive credit for non-eligible items.

- Items must be in original, undamaged condition.
- Disassembled, if originally delivered that way.
- In original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items.
- Personalized items.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the sale page.
Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping.
- Shipping costs vary based on location, item size, and weight.
- Returns within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Item
- Submit a return request and receive approval.
- Pack and seal your return securely, including the completed Return/Exchange Form.
