Return Policy

At La Diamond Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please follow the steps below.

1. Submit a Return Request

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos and a reason for the return.
  • Requests will be reviewed within 48 hours for approval.

2. Return Approval & Shipping

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return/Exchange Form and the return address.
  • Securely package your item and include the completed Return Form.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your returned item is received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If multiple orders are returned in a single package, additional processing time may be required.
  • You will not receive credit for non-eligible items.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in original, undamaged condition.
  • Disassembled, if originally delivered that way.
  • In original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items.
  • Personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the sale page.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping.
  • Shipping costs vary based on location, item size, and weight.
  • Returns within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Submit a return request and receive approval.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely, including the completed Return/Exchange Form.
